Maintenance

Maintaining your central air conditioning and heating system is important as regular maintenance for your car. Failure to service your heating and cooling system can incur higher energy consumption and increase wear on unit. 

1. Check filters regularly. Clean or replace filter as needed.
   
2. Keep condensing unit free from debris.
3. Trim shrubs and plants near condensing unit to ensure proper air flow.
   
4. Smell around appliances for gas orders.
5. Visually check vents for rust or damage.
   
6. Clean registers and remove obstructions.
   

Schedule maintenance service call before winter or summer starts. Having your system properly working before the season hits can make your life much more pleasant during the seasons.

                        

Filter Replacement


Replace your air filter regularly based on type:

Standard pleat filters should be replaced every three months. 

Fiberglass filters should be replaced monthly.


We recommend that you replace air filter when you plan on starting your furnace or cooling system.

              

 

1. Electrostatic Pleated Air Filters are great for people that suffer from allergies. Eliminate allergens and dust particles. Replace monthly.

2. Pleated Air Filters tend to keep its form with constant air passing through them. Mesh wire is inserted in the filter to keep the sturdiness of the filter. Replace every three months.
